What is Let Go to Grow?
This event has blossomed out of a need for more events for women to connect, build self-compassion, and grow into the women we want to become. Join an event run BY women, FOR women by signing up below!

Location: Surge Dance Company, Williamsville NY
$25 ticket gets you two 30 minute yoga samples, sound bath healing, shopping opportunities, and access to self-care stations.
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, blanket, and card/cash for shopping.
