What is Curvy Yoga?
The first of its kind for Buffalo, NY, Curvy Yoga focused on larger bodied and curvy bodied people to practice yoga in an body acceptance environment. If you have ever been interested in yoga but felt that you "weren't flexible enough" or "the right size", then Curvy Yoga is for you.
In this class, we use a mix of yin and hatha-based movement, meaning we take our time with poses to learn how they feel for our body. We focus on having different modifications, so you can find what works for your body. We also learn the value of props such as blocks to support our body in its ability to build strength and flexibility. No more leaving class feeling sore from stretching into poses to match everyone else, as this type of yoga asks for you to only think about what YOUR body needs. Build confidence and comfort in yoga, rather than feeling defeated, discouraged and not flexible enough.

Mission
Brittany's mission in offering Curvy Yoga in Buffalo is to help everyone feel comfortable to try yoga. Brittany strives to create an inclusive environment, where all are welcome to learn about yoga and connect with their body in a neutral way. Yoga has so many mental health and physical health benefits that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy it.
Vision
Brittany would like to see everyone try yoga and find a space where they notice themselves looking inward for a sense of peace and wellness. Let's remove stigma and judgement of the yoga space and help everyone find wellness!

Join us Sunday Mornings at noon at Yoga Parkside's newest location. Park across the street and head in to a beautiful garden patio area to find your way into the studio. Vibe Yoga Lab: Books and Breath
11 W Main St suite 950, Lancaster, NY
Join us Friday mornings and monthly workshops at Vibe Yoga Lab's beautiful space located in the town of Lancaster. Park right on site and head into the building. Check in for the event, view the shop with so many books, merchandise, and clothing. Then drop off your keys and shoes and head in for class. We will use bolsters, blocks, straps, and blankets to work towards strength and flexibility. To sign up, click here.
T&K Martial Arts Center
5849 S Transit Rd, Lockport, NY
Join us Thursday nights at 7:30pm at T&K Martial Arts Center in the town of Lockport. Located in the Tops Plaza, park in the open parking lot, closest to the road and look to the right of the Shoe Department. We will use blocks and straps to work towards strength and flexibility.
