Cancellation Policy

I understand that I may book the session on this platform only after meeting with Brittany Manchester to discuss the group, get my questions answered, and make sure that this group is a good fit for me. I understand that group therapy sessions cost $15, and payment is expected by or at time of session. Being unable to pay for more than 2 sessions in a row will result in being asked to attend this series at another time. I understand that once I have paid for the session, it is up to the discretion of the group therapist of whether I can be refunded should I have to leave the session early. I understand that if I no show to session or do not give at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, then I agree to pay the late cancel/no show fee of $10. I understand that If I am more than 10 minutes late, no matter the reason, I will not be allowed to attend the group session for continuity of care for other members and respect for the discussion that has already began in my absence; and that I will be invited to join the next session on time. I understand that I will receive at least 24-hour notice when possible, from group therapist about cancelling session. I understand that it will be my responsibility to check my email that I signed up with, to check if the group session has been cancelled; starting at 15 minutes into group session time, if notification has not yet occurred and group therapist is not present. I understand that if the group therapist cancels a session, I will receive a full refund for the date of cancelled session.
